The British Coffee School based in Kathmandu is the first UK accredited Coffee Training School in Nepal offering Barista and Coffee Art Courses to achieve excellence in coffee training enabling students to find jobs with practical experience. The school provides ample opportunities for students to practice in their coffee lab. They have established themselves with a mission to provide quality yet affordable coffee training and classes by and for people passionate about coffee. They will make sure you will be skilled enough to join any prestigious established coffee center, here in Nepal or abroad.


The British Coffee School has recently opened in Kathmandu in April 2018. Being new in the market was challenging because they had very little market exposure and less reach among the target audience. The coffee training school aims to stand out among the coffee training school in Nepal by providing the first UK accredited and internationally recognised courses. In spite of quality and affordable course, they were not able to get enough attention. They were not recognized in the market because of their less visibility. They also had to create our own unique identity to stay in the competition.


Looking at the scenario of the British Coffee School, our team focused to build the social media reach and branding profile of the company. We optimized the content of the site to be able to achieve good search engine rankings for many core keywords.  Our social media marketing strategy was targeted to the youth who were going to abroad or looking to learn barista skills. With the adequate use of marketing tools and ads, we were able to generate more traffic on the site. Our digital marketing team also concentrated to build a professional reputation of the company through social media by posting quality and original content. As they choose us to promote their business, we worked to build their brand profile and highlighted their key features through organic search, SEM and social media.


Very rapidly, we got positive results through our effort. The online visibility of the page has increased massively and has already dominated barista school market. The site now ranks on first page of Google search engine result page for several variations of the keyword ‘barista training in Nepal’. They have 6,417 followers on their facebook page and more than 1200 Instagram followers till now. As a brand, we introduced British Coffee School as a world-class training center with expert trainers from UK and Nepal. As a result, the British Coffee School has been able to generate more traffic and introduce themselves as a reputed international brand in Kathmandu.
